In the News

Signature Mural & Finish, Inc. has been making news! Word is spreading that living and working inside a painting creates all kinds of new possibilities for the human imagination.

The New York Times

When Pulling Down the Moon, a Chicago integrative fertility care provider wanted a decorative wall stencil inspired by mendhi henna hand paintings, Signature Mural and Finish provided the right solution. Our art was captured in the sidebar portrait of owners Beth Heller and Tami Quinn in The New York Times.

Kathy Carroll, Chicago Institute of Fine Finishes

Kathy Carroll’s passion is faux finishing and when she discovered Signature Mural and Finish, she chose to feature us on her “go to” website for purchasers of faux finishing, Faux By Kathy.

Natural Awakenings

Natural Awakenings, the northern Chicago area's premiere healthy lifestyle magazine featured Signature Mural & Finish in its May 2011 edition. The article spotlights the fact that faux finishes preserve natural resources by simulating the look of natural wood, granite and marble. It also brings attention to our use of low- and no-VOC products that eliminate the problem of toxic fumes while work is in progress. We're glad to be noted as Chicago's eco-friendly muralists!

Perspectives on Design Chicago

Panache Partners, publishers of upscale coffee table books that showcase world class design featured Signature Mural & Finish in “Perspectives on Design Chicago.” Panache says “Chicago features a wide array of residential options, from chic lofts that were originally factories to historical brownstones along Michigan Avenue, up-and-coming transitional neighborhoods, and well-established communities such as Gold Coast and Lincoln Park. These finely crafted residences serve as extraordinary canvases for creativity.” We have created some of those canvases! Click on the cover to the right to download a PDF that showcases our work.
